"Unsuspicious" foods that may aggravate your Acne that you never wondered!! Check it out!

"Eliminate the acne!" We will teach you how to reduce acne eliminating inflammatory and acne-causing foods by avoiding gluten, dairy, peanuts, algae and sugar. There are several theories about why cheese is bad, including iodized “salt blades”, carragene, the chemicals used in processing, the hormones administered to cows, and the additives used in cheese making. We believe that goat and sheep cheese are the safest options for acne. Try to eliminate soft cheese and cow’s dairy products (including Greek yogurt) and see if acne symptoms disappear.
