Change your pillow cases and pick a non clogging detergent for your laundry

The pillowcase, functions as a sponge for the skin and the products for the hair. So every 2 days give it a turn, and change it for a clean fresh one!

Replace it every 2-3 times per week. Even easier, have 3 clean pillowcases waiting in your drawers. You can change your clothes as often as you want without having to wash them.

For the washing machine, choose traditional non-aromatic detergents that do not irritate acne, such as All Free & Clear or Tide Free. Stay away from “natural” detergents. Meyers, who use coconut sulfates and cause terrible outbreaks. The traditional bleach also contains a porous block, but Oxy-Clean powder is safe for harsh spots and odors. Advice: Don’t use the Pods! These comfortable “capsules” of laundry clothes filled with detergent contain a plastic envelope that leaves an ingredient that obstructs the pores across the bed and clothing. Avoid all dyeing starches, fabric softeners and dryer towels (even if they don’t have scent or are “natural”) because the waste stains the neck shirts, pillowcases, towels and clothes, which transfer to the skin and clog pores. TIP: To stop the static in your dryer, ecological anti-static balls are a safe substitute. By the way, if your bedding has ever been bleached by the use of benzoyl peroxide, don’t worry. Benzoyl peroxide-resistant pillows, sweaters and microfiber towels are now something you can buy at Bed Bath & Beyond and Target, sell them and they work! Now safely rub your medicine against a dark pillow, without fear of ruining it or lightening it. "

Does the ingredient list in your Acne skincare reveals an important information?

Read the ingredient list on the back of your acne products (benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid or prescription products). If it’s too small, look for ingredient lists at walgreens.com, ulta.com or dermstore.com. If it’s a prescription product, look for the ingredients on the product website, click on “Insert the patient’s package”, then scroll down to “Description” and say “The product X contains the following inactive ingredients”. Compare the ingredients with the list of ingredients that block the pores. How many of your supposed “acne products” have ingredients that cause acne? Again, with the porous obstruction master list at hand, research and buy safe alternatives online or in the store

Do you want to clarify quickly? Be a friend of benzoyl peroxide. It helps to kill the bacteria that are known to cause acne and also reduces swelling around the pimples that makes them more visible. Face Reality has three concentrations of benzoyl peroxide, to boost your skin to clarify while giving you an opportunity to acclimate. We recommend starting with a benzoyl peroxide at 2.5%. If the outbreaks persist, switch to 5% benzoyl peroxide as soon as it is tolerated overnight. Both concentrations should be alternated every night for a minimum of 2 to 4 weeks to reduce the commonly observed irritation and drought.

Did you know? The benzoyl peroxide in Clearing Gel 2.8 and 5.0 is the same concentration that is found in the prescription products Acanya, Epiduo, BenzaClin and Duac, without the cost and inconvenience of going to a dermatologist. Benzoyl peroxide works best when applied every night over the entire area prone to acne to remove and prevent long-term acne; however, it also does a great job as a localized treatment for pimples and pustules when combined with sulfur. The combination of 10% benzoyl peroxide with sulfur to treat individual pimples works stronger and faster than any ingredient alone. If you’ve been dried and irritated by using benzoyl peroxide in the past, avoid side effects by first applying a water-based moisturizer to protect the skin surface such as Face Reality’s Hydrablance. Look for a gel-based moisturizer, which acts as a “damper” to prevent irritation on the skin surface while allowing benzoyl peroxide to penetrate the pores and remove them. Start “low and slow” using the gel-based moisturizer below an over-low dose of benzoyl peroxide to 2.8% and use it only every two days for a couple of weeks or up to a month. It helps the skin to adapt to the drug and start clearing the skin. pores without side effects such as dryness, peeling, itching or pretending. Our water-based moisturizing gel that was specifically formulated for use with benzoyl peroxide. Hydrabalance is an amazing product that helps people tolerate benzoyl peroxide when placed underneath it. The Hydrating Gel prevents dehydration on the surface of the skin while allowing benzoyl peroxide to penetrate the pores, cleaning out current acne and preventing future acne. Drying too much can cause you more outbreaks, because dry skin blocks the opening of the pore and prevents the acne tap to release, but oil-based moisturizers will stop the effect of benzoyl peroxide by acting on the pores, making it ineffective. For this reason, you should only use moisturizers that contain safe oils for acne as our daily humidifier and only apply them in the morning after your serum. Don’t forget the daily sun protection. Sun exposure makes the red spots of old acne lesions darken and creates a long-term pigmentation, which will take a long time to clarify.

In addition to benzoyl peroxide, an exfoliant serum such as salicylic, lactic or mandelic acid is the secret weapon that every person suffers from acne. You should have in your home care routine, preferably applied in the morning before the sunscreen. Serums exfoliate, kill bacteria, and help make the nighttime application of benzoyl peroxide absorb deeper into the pores to break the taps that cause acne. The molecular structure of a serum is much smaller than that of a cream, so it will penetrate deeper and improve the skin quickly. Within two weeks of morning use, you will see that the discoloration fades, the texture improves and a more uniform skin tone. Both mandelic acid and lactic acid reduce the overproduction of melanine, which is the skin pigment that causes brown spots and discoloration. Salicylic acid reduces black spots and oil production. Benzoyl peroxide removes acne by forcing oxygen into the pores to kill the anaerobic bacteria P. acnes that hide there. In addition, benzoyl peroxide increases cell renewal inside the pores to remove the taps that cause acne. Both are necessary to keep the skin clean, so benzoyl peroxide is our medicine for acne. While benzoyl peroxide is the cornerstone of our recommended diet for acne, 99% of benzoil peroxid products sold in department and barbecue stores contain “fill” ingredients that block pores, such as isopropyl miristat, laureth-4 and oils that will actually cause outbreaks.

Acne around the mouth is often caused by the use of lip gloss and balsams with coconut oil and olive oil that obstruct the pores, and several well-known brands of lip balsams have multiple porous obstructors. The worst thing? eos lip spheres and Carmex (but are among my teen client’s favorite lip products)Do you have black spots on your lips or outbreaks around your mouth? Its best option is the original vaseline or healing ointment Aquaphor. No one will block your pores.

If your outbreaks are concentrated on the hair line, forehead, thighs, sides of the face, neck, jaw line, behind the ears or on the upper back? You should check the ingredient lists of your shampoos, conditioners, and hair products. They are definitely the culprits. “Ingredients of hair products that cause acne.” Remember: anything you put on your hair will migrate to your skin. This is because you sweat when you sleep and turn around while you sleep, stress, rush all day, climb stairs or exercise. TIP: The oils from your hair are easily transferred to your face, especially if you have the longer hair or fleece. Try to keep your hair away from your face and wash it daily.

Grains on itses and the hair line. Check out the most up-to-date list of shampoos, conditioners and hair products. Hair lacquer that is “light fixation” and no perfume, and always cover your face with a plate of paper or a towel before spraying to protect your skin. (This trick won’t work with oily aerosols like oil like Moroccan Oil, which will end up migrating to the jaw line and hair, and are the worst for outbreaks.
